This is eEbizS' proprietary implementation methodology which is offered to all its customers. This fast track approach enables the customer to obtain returns on their investment from an early stage. The ViDEO methodology has the following phases:

Vision: In this phase, the senior management is involved in workshops conducted by ebizS consultants to understand the broad picture. This workshop also used to bring to the surface any 'frustrations' that the senior management may have with respect to the current processes. The deliverables of this stage is the Vision Document which lists down the high level deliverables in "business terms" of the implementation project.

Design: In this phase, the Vision is put into action. The product setup is planned and the entire functional flow is designed at this stage. Thus, the deliverables of this phase is the design document which has the entire product setup defined including data definitions viz. the structure of employee code, grades, departments, etc.

Enable: This phase is used to enable the users to use the system. This is done through

• Intensive User Training
• Handholding
• Testing

Operate: This phase is where the consultants phase out and the users take over full operation of the system. Internally at ebizS, the consultants hand over the customer to Support/Help Desk at this stage. The deliverables of this phase is the final acceptance/signoff of the system and smooth operation.
